from what I've seen it's the same type of england teams we've had in the past. Great individual strikers, pretty good defenders and a shit midfield that cant control a game or dictate play in anyway.
So we'll get out of the group through the individual prowess of some players and then get to a team that has a proper midfield and get slaughtered.
I can now see why Woy is deperate for Wilshire to play. He seems like the only english player that play the midfield role properly like they do on the continent. We just kick and run and are not patient and cant build properly from midfield. We will get found out as usual..
And Rooney is just the new scapegoat, before it was Becks. There are 11 players on the pitch. 1 player does not make a team great or shit. It's just a lazy blame game.

You aren't the only one, mate. Woy has completely fucking confused everyone now with last nights set up. It's almost like we go into another major tournament with drawing boards still at the ready.
I think Woy is confused and now the players are confused.
Why?
Rooney is being accommodated and Woy can talk about all the loyalty he likes. There. Are. Better. Players. In. The. Position. He. Plays.
But Woy won't admit it. He knows. But he won't admit it. And to save face what does he do? Compromises our chances of winning a major tournament.
If Rooney is striker then should be ahead of Vardy or Kane? No. If he is a midfielder should he be ahead of Ali or Wilshere? No.

They was superb v a very good Dutch side Mo Mo... only a 0-0 but gave them an absolute run around... couple of goals disallowed and hit the woodwork... but granted Ireland and Egypt and Belgium games were a bit shit... actually highlight of the EIRE was when Lineker shat himself
